The Renaissance consists of 59 large suites in a 3-storey building that was originally built in 1963 as a multi-family apartment building. In 1998, the building was redesigned for its present purpose and given a complete upgrade. There is over one acre of grounds area from the circular drive and landscaped areas of the front yard; the deck, water fountain, rose garden and visitor parking area in the courtyard; to the open and covered resident parking and landscaped area at the rear of the building.
